1General Provisions & Applicability

The 1991 TK Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the platform. These terms govern the 1991 TK website, mobile app, and all related services. 3Account Security & Password

5Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to withdrawals from 1991 TK:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Each withdrawal request is typically processed within 3–5 minutes.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus turnover requirement has been met.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to BDT 5,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must complete 10x turnover on the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Daily Cashback: Must be claimed within 24 hours. Expired cashback will be forfeited.
• Referral Bonus: The bonus will be activated after the referred person's first deposit.
• Promo Code: Each promo code can only be used once and will expire automatically at the end of its validity period.

Bonus abuse or attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited and may lead to account suspension. A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active.

7Gaming Rules & Fairness

All game outcomes on the 1991 TK platform are fair and random. We use a third-party verified RNG (Random Number Generator) that ensures the integrity of every game result.

• Any disputes regarding game results must be reported to support within 72 hours.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, your wager will be refunded.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a bug or glitch in a game will be considered void.
• If your internet connection drops, the outcome of any bet will be determined based on the server record.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1991 TK platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.

11Account Closure & Fund Recovery
